Lois Chiang serves as a leadership coach at MOR Associates and in her work, she draws upon her two professional passions:
to help mission-oriented organizations see beyond their immediate horizons by providing counsel during transitions, facilitating organizational change and alignment and advising on strategic initiatives and communications; and
to support, motivate, coach and celebrate the professional and personal development and successes of leaders at all levels.
In the past, she served as Senior Advisor to the President at Johns Hopkins University, Chief of Staff to the Provost at the University of Pennsylvania and Assistant Dean of Students at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Lois started her career practicing corporate law at the Canadian firm Stikeman Elliott LLP while also engaging in pro bono work on women and law in China, trafficking in women as well as gender issues in the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
Lois received her BA and JD from the University of Toronto and her MA from Yale University.
