Program Components

Components of the MOR All Lead Program include: 

  • Shared Goals are created to develop shared practices and language, increase a sense of trust, and improve collaboration across the participating team(s). 
  • Single-day Workshops focus on providing conceptual frameworks, building selected competencies, and introducing tools.
  • Learning Teams will meet several times throughout the program, discussing the competencies learned, sharing successes and challenges, and constructively coaching each other. 
  • Community Coaching sees the whole cohort engage with MOR staff to further explore the concepts and lessons presented during workshops. 
  • Leadership Community emerges as participants regularly collaborate with each other across the different components of the program. 

On-site, hybrid, and remote program delivery options are available.
