Most sessions have homework due before the meeting, usually readings or worksheets related to the theme.

The first day of the first session involves group presentations based on the readings. Your group will need to convene and plan the presentation before the program starts.

Group assignments occur about a month before the program starts.

360 Survey Assessment

The first session is preceded by a 360 Leadership Survey. The results of the survey are debriefed with your leadership coach and used to help formulate development goals.

Sessions in the Program

The individual session pages will contain up-to-date information about scheduling, accommodations, and directions to places you'll be going. If you have a question or concern that is not addressed there, please feel free to contact maria in our office for help.
