The program provides a variety of learning opportunities encompassed in four tracks:
- Individual Development personalizes the experience through 360° feedback, leadership assessments, establishment of personal goals, and work with a MOR Coach.
- Multi-day Workshops focus on providing conceptual frameworks, building selected competencies, and introducing tools.
- Applied Learning provides participants with opportunities to meaningfully practice the concepts and lessons presented during workshops.
- Leadership Community emerges as participants expand their network, express trust and support, and regularly collaborate with each other.
The program can be delivered exclusively to your organization, or in collaboration or consortium with other organizations. On-site, hybrid, and remote options are all available.
