What is the MOR Advanced Leaders Program?

Expanding upon MOR’s core leadership curriculum, the Advanced Leaders Program is a rigorous, executive-level leadership development experience. Participants come together over several months to solve complex, real-world problems and collaborate on strategies for positive, lasting organizational change. The program design aims to hone a leader’s strategic thinking, develop the toolkit needed to move initiatives forward, and practice exercising the influence essential to leading in a complex environment. Professional and personal growth is achieved through collaborative workshop activity as well as individualized coaching. Participants achieve a greater capability for navigating current contexts and developing teams and talent, creating increased leadership agility and ensuring meaningful results.


Who is a good fit for the program?

The Advanced Leaders Program is designed to introduce and integrate senior leaders facing similar contexts and challenges across a consortium of organizations. Previous sessions have included individuals in the following roles: CIO, COO, Deputy CIO, CISO, AVP, Associate Dean, Executive Director, and Senior Director.

Program Components

The program provides a variety of learning opportunities encompassed in four tracks:

  • Individual Development personalizes the experience through 360° feedback, leadership assessments, establishment of personal goals, and work with a MOR Coach.
  • Multi-day Workshops focus on providing conceptual frameworks, building selected competencies, and introducing tools.
  • Applied Learning provides participants with opportunities to meaningfully practice the concepts and lessons presented during workshops.
  • Leadership Community emerges as participants expand their network, express trust and support, and regularly collaborate with each other.

The program can be delivered exclusively to your organization, or in collaboration or consortium with other organizations. On-site, hybrid, and remote options are all available.

What outcomes can I expect?

The program powerfully integrates professional and personal development. Upon program completion, participants state the experience was effective in developing their leadership, with many stating it was very or extremely effective. In the face of any objective or obstacle, program participants learn how to assess, strategize, take action, cultivate alignment, and improve results in partnership with others.
