MOR Alumni Offerings

Completion of a MOR Leaders, Advanced Leaders, or Lead From Where You Are Program qualifies participants as MOR alumni.

MOR continues to provide support to alumni for the leadership journey ahead. Alumni benefits include continued access to program resources, Credly Badging to show program completion, Quarterly Newsletters, and monthly Alumni Community Connection Calls on topics to enhance skills and foster community. There are also fee-based offerings such as Coaching, Alumni Reconnect Workshops, and additional programs or engagements.

Monthly Alumni Community Connection Calls

These offer an opportunity to learn, connect, and plan for evolved actions. Monthly meetings are held Sept through June on Zoom.

    Alumni Coaching

    MOR offers our alumni an opportunity for post-program coaching. These engagements focus on a specific goal or focus area, serving as a boost forward as we continue to partner with you on your ongoing leadership journey. These engagements include 4 coaching sessions. A 360 leadership assessment or other available assessment tools can be an add-on if applicable.

    Tuesday Readings

    Since 2005, MOR has been publishing a Tuesday Reading to support our growing alumni community. This steady drumbeat serves as a constant reminder and support for the ongoing leadership journey.

    Alumni Fellowship

    A MOR leadership development experience is enriched by adding the perspectives of others. MOR alumni are a rich resource of such insight, and they are often invited to engage with a cohort when we visit their organization. Since 2023, we have also selected one program each year to feature a MOR Alumni Fellow. The fellow supports the translation of program content to participants’ real-world experience and enhances the perspectives offered.
