Leadership Coaching
MOR coaches work with individuals who are invested in developing their leadership capabilities or attributes whether it is due to taking on a new role or stepping up the contribution they want to make in their current role. Coaching can be a way to support leaders who have potential or may be preparing for increased responsibility or for senior management teams looking to enhance their effectiveness.
Tuesday Readings
