Alumni Coaching

MOR offers our alumni an opportunity for post-program coaching. These engagements focus on a specific goal or focus area, serving as a boost forward as we continue to partner with you on your ongoing leadership journey. These engagements include 4 coaching sessions. A 360 leadership assessment or other available assessment tools, can be an add-on if applicable.

Monthly Alumni Community Connection Calls

These offer an opportunity to learn, connect, and plan for evolved actions. Monthly meetings are held Sept through June on Zoom.

    Since 2005 MOR has been publishing a Tuesday Reading to support our growing alumni community. This steady drumbeat serves as a constant reminder and support for the ongoing leadership journey.
