What is Leadership Coaching?

MOR Associates offers one-to-one, standalone leadership coaching that leverages a personalized partnership to help leaders go deeper and aim higher. 

Leadership Coaching supports and accelerates an individual’s professional and personal development. Coaching provides a space to sharpen skills, reflect and act, and set goals. Effective coaching entails asking open-ended questions, actively listening to responses, and encouraging people to discover their own solutions.

MOR also integrates coaching as a component of its leadership development programs.

Who is a good fit for Leadership Coaching?

From executive and senior professionals to emerging leaders, leadership at all levels (including people who don’t identify as “leaders” yet) can benefit from coaching. Leaders taking on new roles will find it especially helpful to have a coach support their transition.

  • Coaching engagements span several months
  • Can incorporate a 360 Leadership Feedback Survey and use of the MOR Portal.
