MOR’s second annual two-day in-person workshop engagement includes a dip back into your original MOR program experience focusing on community, context, and specific content.

  • Facilitators will be Sean McDonald and Marcia Dority
  • Objectives
    – Refresh of content as well as additional frameworks and tools to support your continued leadership development.
    – Opportunity to focus on your leadership goals and commit to your practices to enhance your capabilities.
    – Create connections across this leadership community to foster continued engagement and collaboration within and across institutions.
  • Content will include Refreshers and an Applied Learning that will make a real impact.

Pricing:

  • $950 (if you register by March 14th)    
    $1,200 after March 14th

Location:  Colorado State University
Dates:       April 30th & May 1st, 2025

Day 1:        April 30th, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
                  followed by a reception
Day 2:       May 1st, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Additional Details:

  • There will be some pre-work which will be distributed in April.
  • Post-session virtual applied learning meeting, timing TBD

Logistics:

  • Hotel and travel accommodations are the responsibility of the participant. We will provide you with a recommendation in the next month.
  • Nourishment covered by the cost of the session:
          Lunch on day 1
          Local reception evening of day 1
