Alumni Coaching

MOR offers our alumni an opportunity for post-program coaching. These engagements focus on a specific goal, serving as a boost forward as we continue to partner with you on your ongoing leadership journey. These engagements include 4 coaching sessions. A 360 leadership assessment or other available assessment tools, can be an add-on if applicable.

MOR Alumni Reconnects

2026 Alumni Reconnect, Save the Date May 6-7 Location TBD

MOR hosted its first Alumni Reconnect in the spring of 2024 and its second in the spring of 2025.

The reviews are in and MOR’s in-person Alumni workshops have been a success. Alumni were able to reconnect in the popular workshop format to focus on community and their evolving leadership.

These offer an opportunity to learn, connect, and plan for evolved actions. Monthly meetings are held Sept through June on Zoom.
