MOR offers our alumni an opportunity for post-program coaching. These engagements focus on a specific goal, serving as a boost forward as we continue to partner with you on your ongoing leadership journey. These engagements include 4 coaching sessions. A 360 leadership assessment or other available assessment tools, can be an add-on if applicable.

Since 2005 MOR has been publishing a Tuesday Reading to support our growing alumni community. This steady drumbeat serves as a constant reminder and support for the ongoing leadership journey.

Interested in writing your own Tuesday Reading? We welcome submissions although there is no guarantee we can fulfill every request. Reach out to [email protected].

MOR hosted its first Alumni Reconnect in May 2024.

The reviews are in and MOR’s in-person Alumni workshop in early May was a success. Alumni were able to reconnect in the popular workshop format to focus on community and their evolving leadership.

We are grateful to the almost 50 alumni who joined us and for Boston College stepping up to host this event.
