Marcia Dority is a leadership coach and program facilitator for MOR Associates. She is curious by nature and enjoys helping people achieve their goals. As a coach, her first question is, “how can I help you be successful?” This process invites individuals to identify what they want to accomplish and then build an action plan to successfully reach their goal.

Marcia has over seventeen years of experience in higher education in academic technologies and as an academic law librarian. Prior to joining MOR, she was the assistant director for academic technologies with the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) at the University of Nebraska. She has experience in leading teams and projects, strategic planning, communication, programming, and events. Marcia has presented at national conferences on a variety of topics including women in leadership and building effective teams.
