Engagement Components
Components of the MOR All Lead Engagement include:
Shared Goals are created to develop shared practices and language, increase a sense of trust, and improve collaboration across the participating team(s).
Single-day Workshops focus on providing conceptual frameworks, building selected competencies, and introducing tools.
Learning Teams will meet several times throughout, discussing the competencies learned, sharing successes and challenges, and constructively coaching each other.
Community Coaching sees the whole cohort engage with MOR staff to further explore the concepts and lessons presented during workshops.
Leadership Community emerges as participants regularly collaborate with each other across the different components of the engagement.
On-site, hybrid, and remote delivery options are available.
