Sean McDonald

President
Sean McDonald is the President of MOR Associates, where he sustains MOR’s long-term legacy of success while also driving continuous improvement evolution. Sean is also a facilitator, consultant, coach, and leadership program lead.
In his role, Sean evolves and executes MOR’s strategic plans, supports the MOR team in assuring their success, and leads a variety of client engagements. With a strong belief in the power of relationships, team dynamics, and leadership networks, Sean has consistently supported MOR’s clients in maximizing the value of their leadership investments.
A series of pioneering roles mark Sean’s career. He established new service departments at a growing startup, expanded regions served for a global training firm, and led an established firm in exploring new innovative partnerships. Sean has facilitated strategic planning for numerous organizations, led corporate innovation projects, and designed and delivered internal leadership programs.
Sean holds an MBA from Babson College and an undergraduate degree from Stonehill College. He is a dedicated supporter of community causes, having been associated with Project Bread’s Breadwinner program since 1998, supporting the fight against hunger, and a participant in the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge since 2003, supporting cancer research and care. Sean has coached youth soccer for 13 years, served on multiple non-profit boards, and remains committed to recognizing that we are all part of a larger community.
Sean resides in the Boston area with his wife and three teenage daughters.
