What is the MOR Leaders Program?

MOR’s flagship program is a multi-month leadership development experience designed to enhance and evolve participants’ leadership capabilities. The MOR Leaders Program promotes heightened perspective, fosters strategic thinking, and facilitates community-building. Professional and personal growth is achieved through collaborative workshop activity as well as individualized coaching and exploration of real-world experiences for applied learning. Participants are empowered and supported to make sustained improvements in their leadership that continue beyond the end of the program.

Who is a good fit for the program?

The MOR Leaders Program is tailored to leadership staff such as managers, team leads, and directors. While leaders with direct reports are our most frequent participants, the program can also be a pivotal development experience for individual contributors.

Program Components

The program provides a variety of learning opportunities encompassed in four tracks:

  • Individual Development personalizes the experience through 360° feedback, leadership assessments, establishment of personal goals, and work with a MOR Coach.
  • Multiple-day Workshops deeply engage participants in applying conceptual frameworks, key competencies, and tools.
  • Applied Learning enables follow-through and accountability in leveraging the workshop lessons to generate organizational impact.
  • Leadership Community emerges as participants expand their network, express trust and support, and regularly collaborate with each other.

The program can be delivered exclusively to your organization, or in collaboration or consortium with other organizations. On-site, hybrid, and remote options are all available.
