I found this piece —

— which was originally published in December 2003 recently and thought

it was really worth sharing. Based upon work by individuals at Wharton

and McKinsey, it points out that everyone, no matter their position

and role, should work to explore ways to exercise their leadership to

the fullest. That, they conclude, helps them create more meaningful

working lives for themselves and enables their organization to get the

most from their efforts.
