Supporting Leaders at this Time

MOR Associates was founded with the belief that anyone within an organization can contribute, regardless of where they were within that organization, and regardless of the color of their skin. At MOR we believe Black lives matter. With the COVID-19 crisis, an economy that is hurting, many people desperate for a paycheck, and systemic racism plaguing our country, we need leaders who can help us through these painful and challenging times.
Brian McDonald, President of MOR, has offered a video message supporting leaders during this time.
Additionally, for MOR, we are interested in being part of the solution and that involves three areas of focus:
1. Our Work. We will continuously improve the work we do with leaders around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
2. Our Communities. We will seek to use our available capacity and resources for wider impact to a more socially just and equitable world.
3. Ourselves. We will continue our own work within the MOR team, embracing our own diversity and learning from and celebrating the many perspectives we bring.
